TOURTIÈRE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place frozen tourtière on a baking sheet and cook uncovered for 30 minutes.
3. Lower temperature to 325°F and cook for another 45 minutes. 4. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
Enjoy with roasted Brussels sprouts and buttery mashed potatoes— or your favourite holiday fixin’s! Pairs well with a Canadian amber ale or IPA, or with a spicy Shiraz.
