Because the first batch of Bannock tourtières sold out so quickly, we’ve decided to do an extended run! A limited number of additional tourtières are currently in production, and will be available for pick up at Bannock on Dec 21 or Dec 22. Please note that orders previously placed for pickup at Beauty Barbecue & Smokehouse can still be picked up at that location.

Our large family-size tourtière serves six ($25), and can be picked up on select dates December. Our tourtières are sold frozen and can be kept frozen for up to three months. Refer to our cooking instructions below when you’re ready to get baking!

TOURTIÈRE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place frozen tourtière on a baking sheet and cook uncovered for 30 minutes.
3. Lower temperature to 325°F and cook for another 45 minutes. 4. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 15 minutes.

Enjoy with roasted Brussels sprouts and buttery mashed potatoes— or your favourite holiday fixin’s! Pairs well with a Canadian amber ale or IPA, or with a spicy Shiraz.
